I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby until my departure, the level of friendliness, warmth, and genuine care displayed by the hotel staff was truly exceptional. The staff members are the heart and soul of this hotel. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their warm smiles and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home from the very beginning. Every interaction, whether it was at the front desk, in the restaurant, or during housekeeping, was filled with genuine kindness and willingness to assist.

It's terrible. I originally booked a hotel to go on a trip, but then I needed to change my order due to unexpected circumstances. When I contacted the hotel, the response was like a robot. They dealt with the problem passively or didn't reply at all. If other guests need to book this hotel, please be careful. I can't find anyone to deal with the problem. The reply to the email is always the same as the automatic reply, with the same content. If I want to handle it further, there is no reply.

If you have a sensitive nose, do not stay at this hotel as there are people who smoke on non-smoking floors. Reported to the front desk that I smelt cigarette smoke coming from the door, the front desk staff (female) seemed nonchalant about it and mentioned that she would get housekeeping to spray fresher at the corridor. If the hotel doesn't care about the differences between smoking/non-smoking floors, why bother having segregation at all? The pillows are also too soft and low for a proper sleep. The pillows also smell like cigarettes.

The rooms were clean, large and looked good with enough amenities such as tea, water, a safe, a television and toiletries. The reception was friendly and can speak English as well. The price was decent. Unfortunately, the gym was closed and only a very tiny replacement room was given with an exercise bike or something. The outdoor pool was closed due to the season and there is no indoor pool. The shower had cold water leaking from it. The hotel is far away from the action in the town, although there is a very nice promenade next to the hotel and a few authentic restaurants and shopping centers. The MTR station was close enough, maybe 5 to 10 minutes. If you prefer a bigger room for a decent price and are willing to ride the train about 20 to 30 minutes to the town center, then I recommend this hotel. Also be sure to try the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, it was very good and deserves 5 stars as well. Overall I give this hotel 5 stars. The sub-par location is not a real issue as you are still connected to the center via the MTR line that is close.
